This website is owned and operated by The Gates Home Owners Association in Johns Creek, Georgia. The Gates is a small residential community of 69 homes built starting in 1996. The Gates is located off of Morton Road between States Bridge Road and Jones Bridge Road.

The purpose of this website is to facilitate the communication of information between the Association and our residents and to provide a repository for current copies of legal documents, including the Protective Covenants, Bylaws, Annual Meeting Minutes and monthly board meeting minutes. The HOA board is committed to preserving homeowner equity and common assets.
